Refund and Return Policy

We strive to ensure our handmade macrame goods meet the highest standards, However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns
1.  Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the damage.
2.  Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days.
3.  Change of mind: If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Procedure
1.  Contact us via email to initiate the return process.
2.  Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged).
3.  We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.
4.  Carefully package the item and ship it back to us within 7 days.

Refunds
1.  Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
2.  Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
3.  Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any shipping costs.

Exceptions
1.  Custom orders: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
2.  Used or altered items: Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs
1.  Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2.  Original shipping: Original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
